To test the connectivity and viewing of the live video stream,
go to www.mview.com.au log in using account details,
Username: maveo
Password: maveo

Once you have successfully logged in to the web console using Internet Explorer you will See a link “Upgrade available to version 5.x.x.xxx. Click Here to install”. Ensure that you have the necessary administrative rights to download and install the activeX control.

• Click the link to download the zip file that contains the ActiveX installation.
• Click on save when prompted and save the zip file on a temporary location.
• Extract the zip file and click on setup.exe to start the installation.
• Follow the installation steps with default options.
• Restart the internet explorer when the installation is completed.

To view the live feed click on the play button listed next to the Maveo device. The live feed will then automatically connect, If you can view the live video stream, than no further configuration is required.

If you cannot view the live stream, try refreshing the web browser if this does not work then there could be a proxy server in place causing the network to block the video stream content from our media server. To resolve this issue please refer this issue to your network administrator.
